Our new home!

I am going to backtrack a bit and post some recent updates in the life of the Lee's. Our biggest recent change was in moving to a new home (phew!). We sold our cute little pioneer house in Payson (built in 1880!) and moved into a new home in Elk Ridge with a little more space to grow our family. We love the house - it fits our needs perfectly and is so nice to have some extra elbow room! Both the front and back yard have to be completely landscaped - right now Jonah and Indy (our other, furrier golden-haired son) make a habit of picking "pokies" out of their feet/shoes/paws anytime they go outside. It is a giant weed/rock patch, but in time will become something much more appealing (as long as mom doesn't kill all the plants!). Our favorite part of moving to Elk Ridge is the location and views. We feel like we have our cabin in the mountains (not quite, but very close!). We frequently go on hikes (just a drive up the road to get into the mountains - woo hoo!) and love to take walks around the quiet neighborhood and enjoy the sunsets over the valley. It is breath-taking every time I step outside. We also love the people - waving and smiling at everyone you pass is serious protocol. The people are also extremely active - organized games of soccer, volleyball, basketball, etc. happen 3+ times a week. We LOVE it here! We also love visitors, so please stop by anytime!
